Dezerae Poole is a proud resident of Linn County, Kansas, with deep roots in the community she serves. She and her husband, Corey—born and raised in Mound City—are raising their three children in rural Linn County, where family values, integrity, and hard work guide daily life.

 

As an Associate Broker and Officer Manager of Clinch Realty’s Pleasanton office, Dezerae brings leadership, experience, and professionalism to every transaction. In addition to her real estate career, she and her family own and operate Triple T Lodging and Linn County Dance & Cheer, further reflecting their commitment to local growth and community investment. She remains actively involved in area schools, youth programs, and community activities.

 

With real estate experience dating back to 2006, Dezerae has worked with buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners across a wide range of transactions. From rural farmland to residential homes and commercial properties, she proudly serves clients throughout the KC Metro area and surrounding communities.
